12-Month Limited Pump Warranty
This limited warranty covers the pump and the sensor/control module of the cordless cat water fountain against failure in normal household use for 12 months from the delivery date shown on your tracking.
What we do
If the pump or sensor module stops working within the warranty period, contact us with your order number and a short video or photo of the problem. We send a replacement pump, or a replacement fountain if a pump alone won't fix it, at no cost to you. You do not need to ship the faulty unit overseas.
What is not covered
- Damage from drops, impacts or being run without water.
- Use with anything other than plain water.
- Normal wear of consumable parts (filter chips, sponges).
- Cosmetic marks that do not affect function.
Using filter chips or accessories from another brand does not void this warranty.
Delivery guarantee
Separately from the warranty: if your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we reship or refund. Contact us within 7 days of delivery or the last tracking update.
