These terms apply to every order placed on this store. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and include any applicable duties and taxes. Payment is taken when you place the order. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurred; you will be notified by email.

Shipping

We ship to addresses in the United States. Orders leave the warehouse within 1–2 business days and typically arrive in 6–12 days with tracking. Kits ship in one box; accessories sold separately ship from a different warehouse in their own parcel. See our Shipping policy for details.

Returns, refunds and warranty

Every order is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee, the 12-month limited pump warranty and the delivery guarantee described on the Warranty & Returns page and in the Refund policy. Those pages are part of these terms.

We describe products as accurately as we can, including manufacturer ratings such as battery life. Reviews shown on this site are of the exact product model sold here and are published as written.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
