Shipping

Shipping is free to every address in the United States.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery takes 6–12 days from the day your order ships. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is on its way, and you can follow it from the order status page.

Fountain kits ship in one box with the fountain, the filter chips you chose and the USB cable. Cleaning brush sets ship from a different warehouse and arrive in their own parcel.

Delivery guarantee

If a parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we reship it or refund you. Contact us within 7 days of the last tracking update with your order number.
