30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If the fountain isn't right for your cat, contact us within 30 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking and we will refund your order in full to the original payment method. You do not need to ship the fountain back overseas. We may ask for a photo or a short description of what went wrong so we can improve.

Refunds are issued within 5 business days of approval. Depending on your bank, it can take a few more days to appear on your statement.

Damaged, lost or incomplete deliveries

If a parcel arrives damaged, something is missing from the box, or tracking shows it lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (or the last tracking update) with a photo of the box and contents. We reship or refund, your choice.
