About Purrtap

Purrtap is a small shop. We sell a handful of things for cats and the people who clean up after them, and we try to describe them the way a friend would.

Why this shop exists

Most cat gear online is sold the same way: an invented “was” price crossed out, a countdown timer, a stock number that never changes, and a wall of five-star reviews that appeared all on the same afternoon.

We got tired of it. So we started a shop where the price is just the price, and where we tell you what a product does not do as clearly as what it does.

What that means in practice

• ✅Real delivery times. We say 3–10 days because that is what it takes. We do not promise two-day shipping we cannot do.
• ✅Reviews with their source named. Where a review came from buyers of the maker we source from, we say so on the page, in plain English, right above the reviews.
• ✅Honest limits. Our product pages tell you who a product is not for. A scoop will not clean the tray for you. Not every cat takes to an enclosed bed.
• ✕No countdown timers, no fake “only 3 left”, no crossed-out prices we never actually charged.

Where we ship from and to

We ship to addresses in the United States, tracked, free on every order. Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and arrive in 3–10 days. You get the tracking number by email the moment a parcel moves.

If something goes wrong

Email info@purrtap.com. A person reads it, usually the same day. Every order is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee — if a product is not right for your cat, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we refund you.

We are a young shop and we are still building our own review history. When our own customers start leaving reviews, they will sit alongside the ones we have now and we will label which is which.
